Right of withdrawal

Information on the right of withdrawal under Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), for purchases made as a consumer on the polypetstudio.com online shop, which opens soon. For orders placed on Etsy you can withdraw through Etsy or by writing to us.

Your right

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, receive the products. If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from delivery of the last one.

How to withdraw

Simply tell us before the deadline, in one of these ways:

• With the online withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract here”, which you will find on this page and in the order confirmation email once the shop opens: enter your name, order number and email, then confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. We immediately send you an email receipt with the content, date and time of your request.
• By email to info@polypetstudio.com, also using the form below, which is not mandatory.
• By post to Mech 3d di Grassi Romana, Via Leopardi, 1a, 24060 Montello (BG), Italy.

Returning the products

Send the products back to the address above without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning them. You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, we refund only the cost of standard delivery.
